1995 E500 Sportwagen????
There is a 1995 E500 Sportwagen being advertised near me. The seller says it was imported by a doctor. He says it has a V8 along with various AMG bits.
AS far as I know, these were never factory built by MB. CAn anyone enlighten me on this car? I am trying to find some time to go look at it. Justin BTW Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this but I needed a quick answer from the experts.

Some exclusive E 500 body parts (like the wider front fenders) confuse sellers into believing the car has AMG parts.
Although, AMG parts (I guess) could be added to an E 500 quite easily (as they are widely available at factory order or aftermarket). Personally, I would not buy an E 500 with AMG parts attached to it. I would rather have the original look.
