SEL/SEC front bumper swap

Question: If I wanted to put an SEC front bumper on my '89 SEL, can I just use the cover or do I need the complete bumper assembly (chrome, brackets, plastic innards, etc)?

I think the look of an SEL with the bumper mounted fog/driving lights is something that needs me!

I believe you need the whole assembly...

And yes, it's a good look

Yeah, that's definitely a nice look. The painted grill looks good, too. You going to paint your grill, too, 4shur?
