iI HAVE AN 83'300D. A/C BLOWER WILL NOT CYCLE. SOMETIMES AT HIGHWAY SPEED IT WILL COME ON. SOMETIMES WHEN I HIT SOME BUMPS AT SLOWER SPEEDS IT COMES ON BRIEFLY.HELP???????????????????

You may have a faulty blower motor. You should put a meter on the inputs to the motor and then drive it. If you have more than 5 volts and no blower, you have a bad motor. IF not, you have a controller issue.
