had similar problem with my 300 cold weather very difficult to start
I started adding one gallon of kerosene to every tank of fuel not very convenient, but it started great after that. I know this isn't really a fix but if you don't have time to mess with it, at least it will get you out of the driveway and to work or wherever.

You can dial the fuel pressure up a bit and see if that helps.

Not sure, but probably cannot modify the base fuel pressure on that model, pressure regulator is a selaed unit?
have you tried pouring a bit of gasoline directly down the throttle body, then cranking it? If it starts and runs then, it's probably the cold-start injector. Should be easy for a mechanic to check that function. The cold-start injector is a 7th injector, and only operates below 60 degrees F for a few seconds. DG

cold start
well - I had a similiar cold start issue. tried many thing's but turned out to be the cold start valve. I wold check the resitance of the unit - and I'll try and get the ohms range - but mine way below spec (almost a short circuit, I assume over the years the insolation on the windings broke down) and it only stayed on for very short time when the computer called for it. Which reminds me it could be your engine temp sensor?
