94 C280 (Have code reader but no codes?)
Just received pulse code reader and CD, now attempting to pull codes from 94 C280.
Am getting a code 1 (no fault) on pins 4, 7, & 8 but nothing displays when attached to pins 17 or 19? I do feel resistance when inserting or removing connector from these pins so I'm fairly certain I have continuity. Unsure what I’m doing wrong or what to do next? |

The engine monitor on that car is ODB2 ready...digital system. Try an ODB2 scan from inside the car if the check engine lamp is on.

Your car is not "fully" compliant to OBDII so maybe the scanner you have only works on OBDII cars. |
