suspension noise HELP
Im getting some low speed 'clunking' when I go over bumps such as pulling into a filling station or pulling into a drive lot at 5-10km/h speed. Only on the right front wheel. I got a 2002 230K coupe with 17inch wheels. What might be the cause. Anything I can do to figure it out and see what I can do to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance.

I had a similar noise on the same front side on my '01 C240. I replaced the stabilizer bar end, which had some freeeplay. Bought the original MB part and it cost only around $25. Also replaced stabilizer bar bushings and no more noise for about 2+ years.
Good luck. |
