The blower/motor assembly is located under the dashboard on the passenger side, and is accessed by removing a plastic dashboard panel that you can see if you look up from the passenger side footwell. If you have your owner's manual you can check to see if there are instructions for replacing the cabin air filter. That filter is located right next to the blower, and is accessed by removing the same panel.

Removing the blower itself is fairly easy. You just need a torx head screwdriver to remove it. I don't remember which size, but if I remember correctly there are three of these torx screws and then you just detach the wiring clip. The blower motor is attached to the blower.
