My 94 E420 has about 117,000 miles, and I am thinking about new shocks. I saw in the Fastlane that new rear shocks are about $75 each, but there was no listing for front shocks. I know that shocks generally wear out gradually and just wonder how much firmer the car will ride after I do this. Also, I understand that there are some bushings which should be replaced as well. If anyone can give me an idea as far as how many bushings there are, where they are located, and how much it will cost approximately, I would appreciate it. Again, since the car still rides pretty well, should I just wait until there is an obvious problem, or is now as good a time as any? Thanks.
