Can anyone tell me which part number is the correct sensor for a 1978 300D, auxillary fan temp. sensor at the thermostat housing?

005-545-03-24

006-545-14-24

The old part looks absolutely nothing like either of the two new ones. One has 212 stamped on the side, and is a little switch, while the other is larger, but with one pole as well.

Help!

Thanks

Jeffrey

Also, the larger sensor has 7G F 3131 stamped into it, the smaller, 4/0 185.11 100C
