1993 420sel Dash Lights

Need info on replacing some of the burnt out dash lights in my wifes 1993 420 SEL. How to remove dash pod, is it the same as a 124 removal using the same tools? Is there a big difference on a S class ?
Thanks,
Brian

more or less the same but its very easy to break the cluster cover. best is to push it from the back as i required at my shop after i broke one. bulbs are easy to get to after that.

1993 S Class Dash Lights

How much of the lower dash must be removed to get access to the rear of the dash cluster so you can push it out? Do you still use the dash removal tools even when you are pushing it out from the backside?
Thanks,
Brian
