Newbie needs help with codes from 01 e320!!!!

Wassup peeps...I'd greatly appreciate this forums help and expertise on this matter. I have a 01 E320 and I pulled the codes with a scan tool, and I pulled these 7 codes:

P0141- o2 sensor heater (bank 1 sensor 2) twice.
P0170- fuel trim malfunction (bank 1)
P0173- same as above (bank 2)
P0100- MAF or VAF "A" malfunction
P0110- IAT sensor malfunction
P0115- eng. coolant temp mal

and these three pending codes:

P0156- o2 sensor (bank 2 sensor 2)
P0221-TPS pedal position sensor/switch B ckt range/performance
P0300-random/multiple cylinder detected misfire

Can someone please explain what these codes mean and how to correct these problems???

It is a Hip Hop intro...but I don't speak the language....
..my generations comparable Street Linguistics would propably have been the infamous " Hey Man, What's happenin" .....definately pre-"Dude" days.....

I have resorted to a very slight head nod/eye contact, without the theatrics.
Seems to work regardless of the language or age.................

Possible MAF failure. I would replace it myself and erase codes.

it is NOT a hip hop thing, but a form of greeting. peeps is taken from the root word "people" . Education is free, depending on who you ask and seek.

this is a auto forum, not a linguistics class...

It is NOT a hip hop intro or a Kansas City thing, but rather a form of greeting more than one person. Peeps is a derivative of the root word "people". Education is free, depending on who you ask and seek for the information. I live in KC, but from Brooklyn, NY....ya heard me.

With that many codes it looks as though someone was unhooking stuff while the engine was running trying to troubleshoot a poor running condition. The first thing I would do is clear all of those and start over to see what the scanner picks up, then let us know what you've got for codes. I'll keep an eye out for ya.

Hey JetTech, I cleared the codes and the codes that remain are P0100 and P0110. think it may be the MAF. when i unplug the sensor it goes up the rpm range with no Problem. when its connected its hesitates. am I right?

Try cleaning it with spray cleaner made for that purpose before replacing.

Can take up to 50 miles for computer to re-adapt to MAF.
