Write-up for alternator replacement for M103

Long story short,

I need to replace my alternator by Monday.

I got the 80AMP version at a local place. need to replace 70AMP.

Anyone can give me a link to the write up?

Thanks!

You don't really need a write-up. The alternator for the M103 is located on the passenger side of the engine compartment, very low almost to the bottom of the engine. Just disconnect the battery, remove the wiring to the alternator, loosen the tensioner, and pull the alternator off. Replacement is the opposite. It's a pretty easy job, nothing complicated about it.

Aye, but I am replacing the 70AMP with the 80AMP. The wiring on the back is completely different. I just need to know how to do this part.
