Difference between 1997 C230 and 1998 C230

Hi All,

I recall M.B.DOC prefers C230 1997 than 1998:
Looking to buy a C230, looking for advice

What is the difference between the 97 and 98? I found this link but it does not provide the difference, both of them like identical to me:
