Celsius to Fahrenheit on the A/C Display
Could tell me how to change the temperature reading on the A/C control unit of a 2001 S 500 from Celsius to Fahrenheit?

Use the "settings" menu in the instrument cluster. Your owners' manual will help you navigate to the proper screen.
