92 W124 Blower question - no voltage at plug
Looked at the pictures again, need to check at the firewall, not the plug end - will update later 8^)
Blower stopped. 7degF outside - great. 30A fuse OK, #7 fuse OK. Checked three prong connector, no 12V at red, no 1-6V at yellow. CCU is switching the flaps OK (diverts air to defrost at highway speed, for example). Any tips before I take out the PB unit, or anyone in Indy area have a PB unit I can try before going that route? I've had so-so luck with the joint soldering thing - Thanks in advance for any wisdom - Brian 89 300TE 285K RIP 92 300TE 185K no blower Last edited by taaboo; 02-11-2008 at 11:04 PM. Take a test light and check each side of the 30 A fuse...they get hairline cracks and look fine , but do not conduct. A test lamp will verify fuse in/out voltages..
