1974 4.5 v8 to 1978 4.5 V8 interchange

I would like to know if the intake manifold from a 1974 4.5 V8 will fit on a 1978 4.5 V8.
I would also like to know if the oil pan & distributor will interchange.
I would appreciate any help I can get on these engines.
