I just got a new electronic key for my C43 (the new chrome and black one). My question is, how do you open the thing to replace the batteries. I know it's new, and the batteries are fresh, just want to be ready when they go out.

if you remove the blade key and look inside on the side opposite of the indentation for the key hook you will see a piece of grey plastic with an arrow, with a small tool move the plastic in the direction of the arrow and simultaneously with your finger nails pull the top chrome piece out, doing this will expose the batteries.
