It's actually an Auxiliary Air Slide. You should be able to get a US dealer to order one from Europe. There are also two numbers listed for a US 280E, 0001410625 and 0001141125 that might work.
But this is a very expensive part. Are you sure it's the problem? The air slide supplies extra air when the engine is cold to raise the idle. I would think that if it were the air slide, it would start but be difficult to keep running when it's cold.
A hard cold start can also be caused by the warm-up regulator or the cold start valve or the relay the that controls it.
