m112 chain maintenance

What's the timing chain replacement interval of an M112? Is it a reasonable DIY like an M116/7 or as daunting as an M119 chain?

Seems like IWIS has built a better chain. Most M112 engines are making 150K miles with very little stretch.

OF course that depends on oil change frequency.
