too much heat blowing in cab

87 190e the heat wont stop ,comming in the driver and passanger vents , how to correct this ,please help it is hot !!!!!!

You will probably find a vacuum hose disconnected; I had the same problem in a few months ago and found it on the driver's side shock tower. One of the hard plastic hoses had come off the rubber connector (I believe on my car it was the brown one). Anyways, I am pretty sure your problem is being caused by a disconnected vacuum hose.
