If that is the camshaft position sensor, the connector, wire and sensor are one piece and separate from the harness. Not cheap though, $150 at Fastlane.

yep, wrong part. The cam plug is part of the harness.
I spliced one in from a wrecked CE but still haven't solved my starting problem...
