I'm Canadian. Does this mean that that website is not available to me?

Good question. EPC is a MB USA site so I would think you'd have to ask MB Canada about there version.

Yup, unfortunately. I even tried a real U.S. address, but they check the credit card number, even though it's free....but only for U.S. credit card holders. Go figure.

Not too surprising - MB Canada seems to be trying to block all things U.S.
