E230 124 brake pads

I need to replace my brake pads on my 1990 124 E230 but don't want to explicitly ask the salesman which pads to buy for my car seeing as the price doubles every time they see the three pointed star. Can somebody please advise me on what to ask for and not get a crazy price?

Edmund, if possible order Textar brake pads online. Here in the USA you can buy parts online less ezpensively than the MB dealer without paying for shipping or sales tax. Though I'm unfamiliar with parts sales in South Africa. Compare online prices with the MB dealer to ensure you're getting the best price available.
