Panel on top of Cowl - 107 chassis
Anyone know what the rectangular panel is on top of the cowl, under the hood on my 72 350 SLC? I wouldn't be so lucky as to have access to the heater core via this would I?
Thanks, Steve |

If it is like the '81 that would be the fan motor access and, therefore, will not let you get to the heater core.

Bummer!
As far as I know, my heater core is fine, but I wanted to replace the heater hoses and therefore would need to get to the core. From the posts I have seen about heater cores though, this may be a preventative maintenance item that I may want to intentionally overlook. Steve |
