107 chassis sound system

I recently bought a 1978 450 conv.The radio and speakers are
origional and have seen better days.I am interested in removing
these compoents and updating to a quality indash unit and speakers.the car is in remarkable condition and only has 80k miles
so I do not want to butcher the car up.I could use help on locating
the new components and any installation ideas
