RCL (Remote Control Locking) causes...

Can your theft system cause your car not to start? i have a 96' W202 and i scanned the car with our scanner and the only code it came up with is that: Attempted to start with (RCL) locked. So is this the reason why my car isnt firing up and not getting power to the injetors?
