1993 300e 2.8

Pin 14 error 11 - "Fuel safety shut-off to LH-SFI control module" What does that mean? Do I need to replace something?

Make sure there is 1/4" slack at cable end or the CTP sw will not close ..adjuster wheel sets that.
And lube the cable
