Since changing my regulator cap and rotor my Abs light is constantly on when the engine is running. I have also noticed my idle when cold is low and a little rough and higher (1200 rpm) when the car is warm. Any suggestions please -all fuses appear in order and circuit tests confirm their integrity.

Sounds like an over-voltage relay issue.

...and check the fuse on top of the OVP before changing the relay...
