Sorry,

but I doubt that anybody can understand your question(s). What is leaking and from where? Under what conditions does the car not start? What do you mean by "burried" the fuse? Which fuse?

I think he meant the fuse was "burned" as in "blown".

But cabans, your questions are far too ambiguous to determine a root cause of your problems. Vehicles these days are far too complex to arrive at any kind of real answers unless specifics are known.

First, can you tell us the year of your 300E, and perhaps the engine displacement (2.8, 3.0, 3.2L), or the engine (M103, M104) designation.

Tell us where you believe the oil leak is emanating via a visual inspection.

Which fuse # is burned (i.e. blown)? Knowing this will determine which component or circuit is causing the issue. If you are looking in the fuse box, there is a paper chart that will identify the fuse and what circuit or accessories it protects.

Starting problems vary greatly. Does it start cold (i.e., after sitting for awhile or overnight), or do you have trouble starting when warm (turn engine off, come back and start car a few minutes later)? Does it turn over slowly (dead battery or alternator), or cranks over several times bbefore starting (ignition or fule delivery).

As you can see, the more details you give us, the closer you'll get to arriving at a diagnosis.
