My 420 has some problems. I'm looking for advise on the issue of whether to invest in fixing it or trade. Here's the list of problems:

Transmission leak, needs new front seals;

Blower is out in climate control; ventilation moves cold air thru car when moving so it's not the compressor, but blower doesn't work (already checked all fuses)

Ball joints need replacing; front wobble at 50mph+, tires and wheel bearings are good are good

Wife backed into passenger door on driver's side, bodyshop guy says can replace door skin &paint for $1,000 ($1000 deductible on insurance so it would be out of pocket)

I have always liked this car, but I'd like to have some other opinions on whether it's worth the money to fix or just trade.
