Replaced ignition switch on w-140

The key is hard to get in the switch and the buzzer sounds when the door is open with key removed.how can i fix this?

I'm not sure I completely understand this post. I take it the replacement didn't go exactly as planned?

bobs you are right,the buzzer should not sound when key is not in ignition and key should enter switch easily,these are the only problems.
