I have a 2000 S430, vin WDBNG70J8YA119339

I have 2 problems:

1. my blower no longer comes on. for a short time I could coax it into coming on by leaving it on low for a while and it would gradually come to life. that no longer works! I assume I need a new regulator? does anyone have a diagram of how to get to it? Is it under the dash like on other models?

2. My Aux Fans are LOUD! It's amazing how much noise they make, it's like an air raid klaxon. I wonder if the bearings are going in the fans. is there somewhere I can lube these, can they be fixed or do they need replacing? Either way, if any of you guys have a diagram of that , i'd be grateful.
