Suspension Rebuild Question

I'm in the process of rebuilding the front suspension on my 1988 300 SEL (W126) and I hve a couple of questions.

First, is it essential to replace the eccentric pins on the lower control arms. The ones I removed look pretty good, no rust, still somewhat shiny.

Second, I thought the guide rod mount kit came with new bolts to mount the subframe bearing bracket to the chassis? My kit did not come with these bolts, is this normal.

If the eccentric pins look good, reuse them.

New bolts come with loctite on them, you can reuse the old bolts if you clean and reapply loctite.
