cps replacement on 1988 190e 2.3

anyone done this yet ? what size of socket or torx will i need and where exactly is it on a benz ? what is the best way to get at it ? thanks for the help everyone

I think he's referring to the Crankshaft Position Sensor. It's under the oil filter, above the starter. The other end goes to the Ignition Control Module.

whats the best way to get to it ? and what size socket or hex am i going to need. kinda looks like i need to remove the oilfilter to get to it.

Okay i figured it out thanks everyone i will getting my new cps this friday and i hope this will be the end of my starting problem
