PBR brake pads - dangerous in rain????
I was surfing around and found a lot of comments from Volvo owners about the PBR Deluxe pads losing all braking force in the rain, only at highway speeds.
They seemed fine at slow speeds in the wet, but out on the highway, if you hit the brakes, nothing happens for 2-3 seconds until they dry out. I just installed a set on my '91 SE, and love the low dust, quiet, and feel (in the dry). Should I be concerned about highway driving in the rain? tks, DG |

No. Those Volvo driver must have very light feet. PBRs work great, wet and dry.
