Need help with 1993, 300se

Hello all. Just bought a 1993, 300 se in really good shape. The rear fender indicator (wasn't working) pop out yesterday and they stay out all the time

. I'm french from Quebec, Canada and thanks. If any of you have anything about the car, diagramm or else please send it to me
