Thanks for your help people I have a tech Question. Will 300E turbo will work on 300 SDL. Also how different are the Engine Components. Could I use some other parts of the car??

Uh, 300E models do not have Turbos. They are also a gas engine, as opposed to your 300SDL's Diesel. They also are on two different chassis, the 300E on the W124 and the 300SDL on the W126. So, in essence, there isn't anything from one that will fit on the other.

300E turbo probably means a 300E 2.5 turbodiesel from the early 90s - clarification would be good. Prospects for interchangeability should be good - 124 and 126 chassis shared many motors, e.g. 103, 603.

But, hey--why not subscribe to EPC and look it up yourself?

I think it's actually called 300D turbo, at least for U.S. versions, which is what threw people off. But that should be about as good an inter-chassis swap as you'd ever get - same engine, old enough not to have problematic engine electronics. But on the EPC you could go over it part by part.
