Need help with E320 wagon Fan blower

I'm having issues with my A/C

unit not blowing air when we turn it on. It only goes on when we hit a pothole or turn the steering wheel completely to the right as we go in a circle. Weird huh!

My husband has tried to fix the problem and said that the problem lies with the fan blower and hubby does not know how to install it

. Help pleeeeeeease.

need a year ..there are different E320 chassis.
If it is a 93-95, tell him to change the fuse link located on the driver side inner fender well, near the shock tower. Common problem
