Did a search and couldn't find it, but I need to know how I can remove it so I can paint it.

I want to remove it to paint it as it is a little scuffed from a motorcycle.

At the same time I'll do the back one as well, so if anyone can tell me how to remove the front and rear impact strips, I need to know so I can fix them this weekend or sometime soon.

I still need to get a new grille insert and chrome strips anyway, so I'm not in a major rush, but I would love to know.
