2000 c280 OVP rrelay location

Sorry to be a pain but I have searched the site for this information without any success. I would like to know where the OVP relay is in this car. None of the relays that I have seen seems to match any description that I have read. I have looked in both fuse panels in the engine bay, The fuse hanging by the battery in the trunk and 1 fuse under an access panel in the trunk behind the rear seat.
What am I missing.?
The problem that I am looking into is the car will act like there are gremlins in the systems. Of note is the electric seats will not work or the blower fan will not work until I hit abump or pothole (which is not hard or infrequent in NY)

Thanks in advance for your help.

Rob

No OVP...

I would check the blower strip fuse for a hairline crack. Very Common

Doubt that the problems have anything in common.

Seat relay is in the trunk. & Blower regulator is on the blower motor under the passenger under dash panel.

I'll bet the integral internal brushes are worn on the blower motor. Mine is intermittent; starts up sometimes when i hit a bump and all the time if I reach up under the dash and spin it CCW 1/2".
