190e 2.6 1993 Jacking Points

Need to crawl under wife's car for first time. Bought a great lightweight (35# $140) 3000# lift aluminum floor jack at Harbor Freight and looking forward to inspecting the old gal's bottom. Strange noise + fuel filter change.

So, are there jacking points I should be aware of OR points to avoid?

Want to get jack stands under the rear axle first high enough for my crawler to let me work but seem to recall having to tip the car sideways first? no? Jack the diff? no? Clearly need advice, I'm too old for this but the dealer is too...well that's another story.

Apology - always start a new thread asking a question, then do a forum search and find the answer. Looks like diff is recommended in rear, engine cross member in front, and frame box at sides, using wood on floor jack whenever possible. Any newer info?
