1993 300E, No Blower, no AC, Compressor not engaging

The previous owner of this car stated that the AC quit working suddenly. None of the controls for the climate control illicit any response from the blower or the AC compressor. No air flows in through the vents while moving at speed.

The fuses all appear good and there is voltage at the main link mounted on the top of the left fender.

Any Ideas?
