Just Bought a 1995 E320 Wagon
Yesterday, I purchased a 1995 E320 Wagon with 108,000 miles on it. It's in MINT condition, everything single works!!!! My wife loves it!!!
I searched the forum and printed everything relevent that I should look for/inspect prior to purchasing it.....Head Gasket was done at 80K, wiring harness looks brand new (I peeled back some insulation to insure there was no corrision on the wire), tested the leveling system - ok!!!! Took it for an 80 mile test drive around Atlanta's perimeter (I-285), came back and saw no apparent leaks from the timing cover, oil pan or transmission! I just bought this car for $2900.00!!!!!!! (I guess the current economic climate yields great prices, these days) The car has an M104, just like my 1997 E320 sedan, my question is: Should this "new" wagon use premium gas like my 1997 E320 does????? The previous owner stated thta they used mid-grade gasoline and had never encountered problems! ps, I never knew that a station wagon could move out like this one does, I nailed it on the highway and almost had an orgasm!
