'99 S500 Code P0740 TCC circuit malfunction
I have a '99 S500 with about 175K miles and the engine light keeps coming on. I checked the code and it shows code P0740 TCC Circuit Malfunction.
Any advice on where to find the interpretation of the codes would be appreciated. Thank you Rick Womble

Take a peak at the harness connecting trans to computer for atf contamination. Both ends.

inspect the harness and check the circuitry. Check for corrison etc Test the solenoid too if it has one
TCC is torque converter clutch
