Block heater
I'm curious to know if the W124s come equipped with a block heater. This is a Canadian car so I would think that there is a plug hidden somewhere in the engine compartment. Where would I find it on an '89 300CE?

I'd doubt that a CE was equipped originally with a block heater. If one were installed at a later date they screw into the block on the passenger side towards the rear. The 103 I've got on the stand has the blanking plug adjacent to cyl #6. I've seen some engines that had the heater installed but capped off without a power cord.
