190e Low Oil Pressure
Hi guys,
I have a 1992 190e 2.6. Lately I've noticed that after about 15 minutes of driving the oil pressure drops down to nothing. Here are a two things that you should know... I've been told hydraulic lifters need to be replaced and I had the head redone not long ago. After that head work, she hardly consumes any oil. Any ideas why the oil pressure gauge drops to nothing? Thanks, Dorian |

Probably a bad oil pressure sender. Its the classic symptom of failure. 0 pressure reading when warmed up. Replace the sender with a good VDO unit, the other brands don't last.
