190e,1989 CCU fried

The arrow points to fried area part of my climate issue

That transistor controls the auxiliary coolant pump. Your aux pump is probably seized and has destroyed this transistor.
You could replace the transistor (BD435) and its driver (BC517) after you replace the pump. Also install a fuse at the pump so this doesn't happen in the future.

Aux water pump died and disconnected but not soon enough to save CCU.

Who should i order from? I tried Radio Shack no luck online i found Digikey

Newark.com or Digikey.com have the exact transistors.
