Oil level does not impact the starting of the engine. If the level is low, at the minimum mark, then you need to add about a quart. (or 1000ml)

Start Me Up

English ain't no fun. Mine sucks too. Can you describe in detail exactly what happens when you turn the key to the start position? Does it "crank over?" If it does crank normally, How long before the engine "fires" if it does. After it fires how does it run? Do you ever see black smoke at the tailpipe? What do you do to get it to start? Is this a "daily driver" type of car?
Peace, Don
