w124 wiper motor priming? ??

Id like to know how to ge the motors in my wiper system primed,i just removed water reservoir to work on something else but after reinstall i get to hear the motors but no water coming out,i dont want to burn my motors,please help.

Fill to a level above the pump, should self-prime. If you wish, you can always unhook the hose coming out and run it first that way, but I've never had a problem with these self-priming and the hose is probably too stiff to come off easily.

About how long does it take to self prime?
I hear the motor going but no water,im afraid to burn the motor is this possible?

Little or no time. The pump should be immersed in fluid, should pump immediately, perhaps a line is clogged.

Same problem on our 300E....I swapped pumps thinking the old one was dying....now I get nothing! Just a loud whirr.....I think the nozzles are plugged up....sigh.

It happens Paul. I know where there's a pair, ... and a nasty serpentine belt (I checked).
