Help, OBD-II code 0170, 0173, 0300 and 0308

Hello again. Now I have EPC malfunction and a shaking S430. I have the following codes read through the OBD-II. 0170, 0173, 0300 and 0308. The last 2 are new, which refer to multiple cylinder misfire and cylinder 8 misfire detected. Where should I start to work with this. Should I look for a vacuum leak? Where is the most common place to start. How should I clean the MAF?

I have had bad experience with the plastics in this mercedes. They become very brittle and crack every where. Maybe there are some cracked tubing and/or plastic manifold of the vacuum system.

Any ideas are welcome. Thank you.
